Called me to set up a time for an interview. Told them i would get back to them tomorrow once i knew my schedule more precisely. Didn't respond to e-mails or phone calls.

I met with someone in a virtual career fair at my school. A recruiter then followed up with me, and we had a short behavioral questions call. After about a month, I had two 30 minute interviews with different people in the company

Interview
Recruiter reached out to me after I talked to DRT at an on campus career fair. Had a short phone call to learn about the position and then came into the office for a formal interview. They gave us a presentation about the company and a tour of the office and then we went into individual interviews. I had two interviews that were pretty straightforward relaxed.
