The interview process was very standard. My interview was online and my interviewer was the branch manager for the local branch. It was very laid back with normal interview questions alongside some security specific questions regarding how you deal with people.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at DSI Security (Huston, PA) in Aug 2024
Interview
a Data Analyst interview in Houston, you may be asked about your experience with cleaning and analyzing large datasets, writing SQL queries, and building dashboards in tools like Tableau or Power BI. Employers often want to see if you can interpret trends and present insights to non-technical stakeholders. Be ready to explain how you handle missing data, outliers, and multiple data sources. You might also get situational questions about deadlines and teamwork. Finally, Houston companies often value industry-specific knowledge, so know how your skills apply to sectors like energy, healthcare, or logistics.

Interview
They had me interview a total of 4 times!!! Which I know I was more than qualified for the position and then some, I was one out of two left, they apparently could not make a decision ! So job was offered to another candidate , was ghosted by ops Manager when I tried to find out the decision! Got a lame email after I contacted them.. you would of thought they would of at least offered me another position! For the hassle they had plenty.
