The interview process is fairly short and sweet. An hour-long phone screen followed by at-home competency tests and an in-person behavior and technical interview. The people I interviewed with were all very pleasant to interact with. Aside from one question in the technical portion that they addmitted was a trick question they expected you to fail, the technical portion wasn't the worst thing in the world. DSS loses a LOT of points for their communication, though. After interviewing, I was told I'd have a response in no more than a couple weeks. After two weeks passed with no word, I followed up via email and was told I'd have their answer later that day. I didn't receive their decision until nearly a week after that. It's one thing to ghost a candidate, it's another thing to promise a certain timeline and not meet it twice.
