Easy. Question base. No test for analytical skills. Teams interview, in person, and then I was hired less than a month. No drug test, but background test. They were looking more for your behavior and if you would be beneficial as a team member.

Interviewer made a lot of questions both to understand skills and personality. There was questions specific to the job for the company to know if you could have solutions for them ( which is something not usual on BA's interviews).
