I was contacted several months after applying for the position. Interview was okay, fairly standard questions about why I was the right candidate, my ideal job environment, past experience. It was clear they were looking for someone who would be a "super star". It was a bit difficult to get a clear concept of the job duties and responsibilities since it is a rotational program and covers lots of departments, so I guess I didn't show that super star enthusiasm. I never heard anything back from them, which in the end is fine with me, but it seems unprofessional that I didn't at least get an email.
