Phone interview with management in the STAR interview format. Must include your personal actions taken in each situation and what the results of your action were. Interview consisted of about 5-6 STAR questions.

Give an example of a time you had conflict in the work place and how did you resolve it.
2 on 1 interviews with engineers not on the team I'd be working with. They interviewed all the students with preselected questions and STAR method. Seems like answers were typed out on a form of some sort
STAR was used during the interview process. My interview was over the phone, so I cannot go into detail on an in-person interview. Overall the interview went great and I ended up getting the job.
