I initially interviewed with Bill Thomas. A week later, I interviewed with Mike Varner. He asked several math questions, in addition to reviewing my resume. It was not too difficult.

It was straight forward based on technical understanding. What is your key achievement? What have you done in your career? Overall positive experience. They have flat structure, hence limited career growth opportunities.
