Vielleicht etwas interaktiver gestalten, also auf die Antworten des Bewerbers eingehen und darüber noch mehr diskutieren. Natürlich soweit es mit der Idee vereinbar ist, dass alle Bewerber dieselben Fragen bekommen sollen.
