Three stage interview process involving 7 different individuals of varying seniority (VP - MD). Initial screening with HR, follow up interview in person with immediate colleagues followed by final stage with more senior individuals within the team. Questions covered prior experience, some specific questions about technical skills and motivations for moving roles.
