Very long process. I had to go through four interviews with three different people. The questions were pretty standard. Asked things such as why do you want to work here, what do you think you can contribute to the role.

Interview
First interview was in person (social distancing rules in effect) at the store itself with the open position followed by a phone interview with a higher up - who did more talking [in an attempt to up-sell the position; likely as a result of the poor pay rate I was to discover,] than I did instead of taking the time to ask me questions.

Interview was only about 15 minutes long, it took place in the store's stock room, and with only a few questions asked. I was offered the job basically as soon as the interview was finished.
