Interview
The interview process started with an online assessment focused on mental maths and basic probability. The questions were quick, time-pressured, and mostly straightforward if you’re comfortable with mental arithmetic. After passing this stage, I was invited to an HR interview. This round was mainly centred on motivation-based questions and then some quick mental maths questions.
Asked mental math qs, rapid fire questions too to test your quick thinking skills, not many behavioural qs but more motivational qs, like why quant, why trading, why da vinci, where did my interest in trading come from. The interviewer was extremely nice, and a
