I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at DaBella (Bremerton, WA) in Oct 2025
Interview
First a phone call explaining the opportunity then they schedule an on-site interview. The interview is standard under an hour. Questions related to pass experience and personal goals. Also, they explain the career progress in the company.
I applied online. I interviewed at DaBella (Vancouver, WA) in May 2026
Interview
Checked out the company website and browse their career tab. I saw the sales position and was immediately interested. I applied on their site, which was extremely simple as it automatically fills in most of your info when you upload your resume. They called me about 12 hours later that following morning, did the initial phone screening (valid drivers license, available to work Monday-Saturday, am I OK with a commission-only role). After that the manager requested that I come in to meet in person, and we both had availability the same evening, so I came by then. We met for about an hour, it was probably 50% interview, and 50% chatting/answering my questions. I was offered the job before I left, and have a tentative start date as long as onboarding is finished by then.

I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at DaBella (Salem, NH) in Nov 2025
Interview
Pretty straightforward. Had a nice conversation with the manager, got a tour and met some of the other employees! I got the job and I anticipate it going well once I start in January!
