They asked questions about where I worked before, what times and days I could work, and if I had any problems with the hours they would give me. They also asked if I was over the age of 18.

It was an in person interview. The manager was there and he was very nice. He told me about his background and experience at the company. It lasted about 15 minutes and the questions were very simple.
