Dalcour Maclaren interview questions

The interview was fully focused on cultural fit with minimal to no competency based questions. It is clearly a lovely company should you fit but the interview I went through felt a little dis-organsed unfortunately.

my Interview process was an online interview followed by an in person meeting with the team you are looking to work with. Sometimes during peak recruitment drives they will have an in person graduate day were youw I'll be assessed as a team but I never experienced that.
