First, you're usually asked to submit an online video application. Then you get asked to come in for a Hiring Carousel, where you're evaluated in a group based on how you react to real situations and scenarios you might experience at the job.

The interview process was simple and not stressful. I started with a brief self-introduction, including my major and relevant courses. The interviewer asked why I wanted to apply for the TA role and whether I had experience helping other students. We also discussed my schedule and responsibilities as a TA. The interview felt friendly and conversational.
