I interviewed with Dance With Me and unfortunately did not have a positive experience. The interview process consisted of an initial conversation, which felt somewhat rushed and lacked structure. The interviewer came across as slightly abrupt, which made it difficult to have a comfortable, two-way discussion. Following the interview, I did not receive any feedback or communication regarding the outcome. The process simply went quiet. While not every interview leads to an offer, timely and respectful communication is a basic expectation. Being ghosted after even a first-round interview reflects poorly on the candidate experience.
