L'entretien était fluide avec les RH et le supérieur hierarchique. Il y avait du temps pour réfléchir et répondre. C'était un entretien général sur les questions de personnalité mais aussi de compétences.
The process was well planned and organised, and above all it was interviewee centric and accomodated my needs as an interviewee, it being a virtual process. Feedback was relayed promptly after each interview session.
