I applied online. I interviewed at Danone North America (Cleveland, OH) in Apr 2026
Interview
The first step in the process was having a phone screening with the HR representative. That first call went very well and I was forwarded to the next step to meet with the hiring manager. The interview with the hiring manager went really well and he was really impressed with my qualifications and experience. After that interview, the HR representative reached out again and said the hiring manager would like to get me further in the interview process, but that he was interviewing the next week or two, and I would hear something back. Of course I never heard anything, neither positive or negative about my interview with the hiring manager. I sent a follow up email with the HR representative asking for an update and as of the writing of this review I have been ghosted and received no response.

Question 1
Simple questions around my experience and qualifications.
You're connected with a recruiter who leads you through the process. There's multiple rounds of interviews with the hiring team. The recruiter was great with communicating and the interview rounds focused on the STAR method.
Smooth and very easy, they asked me about my experience and what I see myself doing in the next 5 years. It was a great experience. I look forward to joining the team
