Decent interview, was told I would get a response in a week. At the end of the week I was told they were going on vacation and would get back to me in 2 more weeks. They never got back to me.. (I did reach out).

Easy and transparent process. Friendly interviewer who asked relevant questions accordingly to the job description.
The (first) interview was conducted online and was approximately 30 minutes. There was some time to ask questions to the interviewer.

Good communication. I was able to schedule my interview based on my availabilities. The interview was professional and respectful. Despite not getting the job, I got a nice and constructive call back with feedback.
