This interview process was similar to other companies in that you have several people on a team conducting the interview. The questions are in line with behavior and decision process. There was a great mix of women and men from office professional to director. I appreciated the diversity of the group. I immediately felt comfortable and knew that I would fit in with this group of people. Sometimes you can just tell if you will fit in.
