I got to the interview and they started asking me why I wanted the job as if I didn't need money and I told them all kinds of nonsense and that was it and I didn't get a job

Interview
First I had to send a motivation letter (could be a letter, audio or video). I chose an audio. Then we spoke on a video call. To see if I fitted the team I also did a VARK and other tests. It was fun and made sense to me as I learned a lot about myself and about group dynamics.
