Interview was relaxed and felt more like a conversation. Was supposed to be a panel interview but ended up being only the Senior Production Planner.

Interviewer didn't really ask challenging questions and more asked me to explain my experience and my reasoning for wanting to do the role and work for Darigold.

Very thorough. Several stages that took time. Very nice people in an outstanding company. Uses a personality quiz to determine if you are a good fit for the job and will be staying in your position.
