Interviewed for a senior role over the course of two whole months. Multiple rounds with leadership including multiple co-founder interviews. Every conversation was positive and I was told repeatedly that I was a strong fit. Was asked about start dates, told to expect an offer the following week, and then the role was cancelled. The role shifted scope multiple times during the process and ultimately didn't exist by the end. Really unprofessional and unorganized.
