I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Darvis (Cambridge, MA) in Nov 2024
Interview
The interview process was notably well-structured and thorough, consisting of three distinct rounds. Across these stages, the variety and depth of questions were impressive, covering both technical skills and cultural fit. Each round felt purposeful—allowing me to showcase different aspects of my experience while also giving me a clear understanding of the role and the company culture. Overall, it was a positive, organized, and transparent process that left me with a strong impression of the company’s professionalism.

Question 1
“What attracted you to DARVIS, and why do you think you’re a good fit for our healthcare-focused solutions?”
“How do your career aspirations align with DARVIS’s long-term vision?”
“What do you consider the biggest challenges in healthcare technology today, and how would you address them?”
“In your opinion, what makes a healthcare software product ‘simple but super effective’ for end users?”
“Describe a time you had to collaborate with cross-functional teams in multiple time zones. What were the biggest hurdles, and how did you overcome them?”
“How do you keep your technical and domain skills up-to-date with the rapid changes in healthcare and technology?”
“What are the biggest opportunities for growth within DARVIS, both for the company and individual team members?”
“How do you handle feedback and criticism on a project, especially from stakeholders or clients with high stakes (like renowned healthcare institutions)?”
Very slow and not communicative at all. Interviewers were late as well which didn’t set a great impression. Interviews were 15 minutes which is quick and efficient but follow up was not there on the DARVIS end.
Too long they kept me on hold for months and did not give me any updates or feedback. Even after repetitively asking for updates. Had multiple interviews. The Technical questions were not relevant to the post i was interviewed for it felt like the interviewer is unaware of many things itself
