If you are planning to give an interview, be prepared for long and unresponsive waiting times, followed by interview panels who are naive and inexperienced. A couple of discussions I have given, was all about, getting to know the solutions to the problems that they are trying to solve internally. It would be evident on the face that they are unable to solve the issues and hence they conduct interviews just to gain some expert opinions. Time and again they just want to validate their ideas and wanted to hear specific things. You whole experience will just be humiliated if you try to bring it up and explain. Rather, they would ask "ignore what you did, just tell how you solve this scenario"? My advice to the Darwin box, team, if you are unable to solve the problems, please reach out for help. They are several passionate engineers including me who could help you for free. Please do no use interviews for the same. Before taking a decision, I would recommend candidates to go through company ratings and culture gaps which are available on public internet. I didn't do the research before hand, rather experienced it through interaction.
