DashClicks interview questions

The interview Process was simple and easy to crack but they have a weird pay structure and do not provide office laptops which is the bare minimum you can expect from an organization. to top it off they require you to install time-tracking software. I don't recommend it to anyone if work life balance is your priority

The interview process involved screening call with HR, once that is done there will be operation round where Technical questions will be asked around the profile. The person assigned for the second was more into backend tech & role is frontend yet, I was able to answer all the questions very well there was no coding challenge, the individual who took my interview even told me that your next round will be with CTO. However after chasing HR for couple of days he said your profile is not shortlisted without giving any feedback etc, it was complete waste of time & energy. It seems they were casually taking interviews just for the sake of it.
