Data Interchange interview questions

After using an agent I was asked for a Phone call interview, followed by 2 interviews. One to present portfolio and a second to be interviewed by the Director of Development.

1st stage phone interview technical qoustions which it was good. 30min 2nd stage practical test C# exercise. It's not that bad it won't take you more than 2 hours. 3rd stage Face to face discussing your test. 40 min Passed 1st and 2nd stage and booked the last stage but all the sudden canceled my interview with unprofessional manner. It seems to be they don't care about personality and the person. I was lucky my interview was cancelled.
