Data Ticket interview questions

Parking was terrible there. Building was old and run down. Never was offered anything to drink. Long application that seemed very outdated. Almost no technical questions. Was told the hours are firm at 8-5, no flexibility. Very strange place.

I was asked to come in on my lunch time (as i still had a job and was just seeking new employment) and knowing this they still had me fill out a 5 page document that took me 20 min to finish. Then I had to wait another 15 before the actual interview, putting it 35 min past the time i scheduled the interview) not to mention the fact that the place was 15 min form my work and i arrived early. Then during the interview process they asked no technical questions about my field of expertise. Once this was all said and done They came at me with an offer that was 15,000 below what I told them I was looking for before I scheduled the interview and 7,000 below what I told them was the least amount I would take. I then made a counter offer and did not hear back from them for 1 month at which time they said they were good with the counter offer.
