there will be useless rounds. 1.) Group discussion round 2.) they will say that they will take an online aptitude test but they cancel it saying that they have very less time. 3.) Roadies form again a useless procedure need to fill up and waste your time in it 4.)face to face they will show that they are taking interviews very seriously but thats just waste of time again. finally you get selected with fake salaries of 3.5.3.1 or 3.8 5.) in first "14" months they pay 14k which never increases 6.) they demand to submit all the original documents

Overall its great experience, First round was Group discussion. There were 10 members per group and for each group either 1 or 2 persons got selected for next round. Some group has even got duck. Finally there were around 15 got selected. Then cyclometric test, phone technical screening test, followed by F2F Interview. Finally got my offer
