I was given two tests to take. One was to confirm my command of English, and the other was to check my ability to verify information before submitting responses. I completed both assessments in a timely manner. I triple verified all of my answers before submitting them, ensuring they were all correct according to the most current information. I did not receive an offer, which is fine. That's their right. However, I was left hanging on the review of the second assessment for over a year and it was never reviewed. Furthermore, they posted advisory to submit a support ticket if the assessment was stuck. No outreach was ever responded to in my case after a year. Finally, they closed my applicant account instead of giving me the courtesy of a response after such a long wait for a review of my assessment. Again, after over a year, my second assessment was not reviewed. Then they closed my applicant account without an explanation or apology for prematurely stopping the process regardless of my urgency and performance.
