5 interviews in total - 3 over the phone and two in person interviews. My last interview was with 7 people including the CEO. It was very intimidating and at times unproductive.

Question 1
Basic questions about the job role, then the floor was open to other manager outside of the department I was applying for asking random questions about my favorite internet browser and why, my favorite college football team? All this random questions sparked sidebar conversations between the managers and the CEO stepped out of the room like 2 or 3 times to answer the phone.

Interview
Phone screening by Human Resources requested 1 week after submitting online application. That call was followed by a phone interview with the hiring manager within 2nd week. On-site interview set for 3rd week. DataLink Software paid no expenses to travel to Tampa for this interview. The interview was scheduled for only 1 hour yet listed four employees; a panel format interview, I thought. However, only the hiring manager showed up in the interview room; no explanations; no overview of company benefits or possible pay range. New, luxurious office. Rejection email received 24 hours after interview.
