I had two rounds of interviews for the Engineering Manager role, both focused primarily on technical discussions.
Round 1:
This was a very positive and engaging conversation, centered around practical scenarios and real-world use cases. I truly appreciated the relevance and depth of the discussion.
Round 2:
This round was a mix of technical and managerial topics. However, the experience was mixed — the conversation lacked a clear direction at times, and it seemed the interviewer was unsure about the specific qualities or answers they were seeking. Many of the questions felt vague, making it difficult to provide structured or meaningful responses.
Post-Interview Follow-Up:
Unfortunately, after the second round, there was complete silence from the HR team. I did not receive any feedback or communication, not even a courtesy note regarding the outcome of the process.

Interview
They have the pathetic overall interview process. Firstly, the HR's communication is worst, she started talking in Hindi if you ask a difficult question. They did 3 stupid rounds which includes the interview with their CTO (Co founder) he was very polite and last with their CEO and after continuous chasing to their HR they send the rejection email even without giving the reason for rejection. Please don't entertain candidates with higher salary if you have that budget.

Interview
I had a highly disappointing interview experience with this company. They organized a walk-in interview but failed to send any link or information about how to join the interview. This lack of communication left me waiting and frustrated. Even more concerning was the fact that the company made false promises about scheduling the interview, showing a complete lack of transparency. If a company cannot afford to conduct interviews or is not ready to follow through with their commitments, they should be honest and upfront about it. This experience left a negative impression, and I would caution anyone considering an interview with this organization to proceed with caution. Clear and honest communication is essential in the hiring process, and unfortunately, this company fell short in that regard.
