The interview process was an initial call, which went well, But I was told my CV got rejected (when in actual fact it should have been the other way round i.e. filtering CV's before the 1st stage) because I didn't have enough Senior experience! Although by the time I found out the HM actually used to work for my current tech company I realised why she refused to move forward
