First interview with the external recruiter, second interview with HR manager and following interviews with hiring manager and others. The HR manager didn't know anything about the position she was interviewing for and made a lot of wrong assumptions (e.g., types of contracts a lawyer usually review and draft and what a technology contract really is). Based on that wrong assumption, she told me I was not a good fit and decided to finish the interview. No point arguing, but quite disappointing.

Five stage interview process, but everyone was engaging and eager to answer any questions. The recruiter was very thorough and followed up regularly during the interview process. It was one of the best interview processes I have experienced.
