Interview
El proceso consistió en 5 entrevistas: las 4 primeras con miembros del equipo, incluidos la líder del equipo y el responsable de reclutamiento de ingeniería, y la última con un manager de ingeniería. En una de las entrevistas me plantearon un caso práctico de una búsqueda de un perfil real.
Todos fueron tremendamente profesionales, cercanos y amigables, y te daban mucha información sobre la empresa, funcionamiento del equipo y, súper importante, la cultura. Puedes ver reflejada en su gente la empresa moderna, diversa y que busca la excelencia que es.
Me gustó mucho conocer desde el principio las fases del proceso y que te orienten después de cada entrevista, haciéndote incluso sugerencias de mejora para que puedas tener éxito en las siguientes fases.
En resumen, el mejor proceso de selección en el que he tenido la suerte de participar!
Interview process was very long and in-depth. Required a presentation that took days to complete. Did an in-person meeting but the hiring manager didn't show so it was Zoom in office.

The initial approach was by email, then we proceeded to the zoom call. The decision was never communicated to the candidate. 6 months have gone by and not an email stating at least that they went for another candidate. No closure within the pipeline.
