      Enterprise Director Interview

      16 Dec 2022
      Anonymous interview candidate
      London, England
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Datadog (London, England)

      Interview

Full of arrogance, slang, and a foul mouth. They couldn't fill the role as apparently, they're picky. Didn't like the fact that someone might not know if they want to work there yet. The interview should be bi-directional, an opportunity for both people and the company to figure out if it's a match. The recruiter said the culture (like any other company) is the reason he loves the company and yet I wouldn't want this person screening a single candidate. They said the role would be a lesser role than what I'm currently doing which is fine. I came out of the interview thinking I would never want to work here. Had a great laugh with a lot of people in tech about it.
