Although it requires a significant investment of time and effort, and can be frustrating at times, I believe it offers a fantastic opportunity to interact with multiple individuals and gain insight into the company's culture and its people. Throughout the process, I encountered several stages, including: * Completing two technical tests that covered algorithmic problem-solving and system design. * Participating in three interviews focused on the manager role, which delved into topics such as people management, delivery, and collaboration. * Engaging in two interviews with the hiring manager. Despite the challenges, the experience provided valuable opportunities to showcase my abilities and understand the company's values and vision.
