Applied online and had an initial screening call with recruiter. I then had several more phone interviews with people from across the business and an on-site interview where I was taken through the service they provide. Everyone I met was very welcoming, friendly and clearly passionate about what they do but out of the 8 interviews I had, all but one were with men. The final stage was a call with the COO who cancelled as I was waiting for him to join the call which I got no apology for.
