I went through a 2-round interview. First, I had a Zoom screening and I was invited back ~1.5 weeks later for an in-person interview with the entire department and CEO. I met with all of them individually. I followed up a week later after hearing nothing to which they asked me to complete a project to see my style and how I would adapt to their company voice. This project - which was relatively lengthy asking for multiple items - was assigned on a Tuesday morning and asked to be submitted by Friday. I submitted my work on a Thursday night and followed up two/three times to ask for feedback and if they had made a selection for the position. I heard back once saying the CEO needed to review the projects that were submitted. That was over a month ago. They redownloaded my resume about 1.5 weeks ago and have never contacted me to reject me for the position or to provide me any sort of feedback on my project. Extremely disheartening and extremely unprofessional.
