The interview process was unusual for me as the company is mostly focused on hiring technical talent to serve customers, but they were looking to scale their marketing efforts and I was one of the first people to join from that standpoint. The interview was simple and effective, I liked how they put the emphasis on the value delivered to the company and how my experience would benefit their growth objectives, which is what I care most to deliver as a marketer. Since the interview (1 year and 2 months ago), the communication culture within the company has changed a lot and management has challenged me and others in the company with additional growth opportunities that were a fantastic launch into a formal marketing career. People were always respectful from day one, and they value your input at every step of the way. Absolutely fantastic experience all around.
