The interview process took about a month. There was an intial screening, followed by a coding test, an interview with the manager, an interview with the team, and cognitive and personality tests. The coding test was challenging and consisted of 3 problems that needed to be completed in 3 hours: Consuming a rest service & reading a database, writing an algorithm, and adding functionality to a web application. I was allowed to choose from multiple languages for the first two questions which was nice. The interview with the team wasn't as technical as I had anticipated and mainly consisted of questions about my background and how I would go about confronting both technical problems and social conflicts in the workplace. Overall, the intervew process wasn't too difficult and everyone that I talked with was nice, but there were a lot of checkpoints I had to reach before getting an offer.

Recruiter reached out to me asking for my availability. After confirming a timeslot for a phone interview, I never received a call. The recruiter replied to my email only a day later saying that a meeting over-ran into our slot and asked for my availability again, just to ghost me. Disappointing experience considering most reviews here are pretty good.
