Interview
Was asked in for a recruitment day, there was over 50 people there going for 2 jobs. They brought us into a room where we had to sit on toddler chairs! And there weren’t enough tables or chairs for everyone so then the 2 David loyd employees had to go steel some from the caffe. Then they admitted to us they haven’t read our CV’s and treat they “feel this was a better way of getting to know us rather then an interview.”

Question 1
They asked us to build a tower out of marshmallows and spaghetti pasta, with the people we were sat on our toddler tables with. They also gave us a list and asked us to rank the object based on that we would most want if we where stranded in space.
it wasnt hard, they were friendly and it wasn’t a lot of pressure. you don’t have to prepare a lot before, they mainly ask about you and situations you have been in in the past

Interview
Average questions, easy atmosphere, nice people. The interview was held with another potential employee which I was not told about, but in the end it was fine but it did create more nerves as it was my first job interview.
