I had two interview rounds with HR and the department manager. Overall great experience chatting with both interviewers. Interview questions were about my background and the position and how it relates to my career goals.

The experience was horrible - we were set to have a virtual interview and I was already sitting at my laptop ready to join the call when I got a message (15 minutes before our scheduled interview time) saying they were no longer recruiting for that specific internship and my interview was now cancelled. The recruiter’s message did say that she was happy to set up an interview with me asap for any other open position I might be interested in, so I responded back with another internship that was still posted that matched my qualifications. She never responded to me again after that, despite my attempts at following up. Extremely unprofessional, I’ve never experienced anything like this with any other company
