Interview
Initially it was a pretty lengthy online test which was really frustrating as the questions were extremely repetitive. After a few week I got a call to come in for a face to face interview. The manager was extremely sweet and I was asked to shadow a consultant. I heard back in 2 days and accepted the offer.

Interview
In-person group interview with another candidate, and the store manager and the assistant manager asking questions. In the phone call offering the interview, they did request us to dress in the store dress-code (black clothing) for the interview.

I applied online in September and got a call to go for the interview in October. It was a group interview with the Store Manager. She was very friendly, told us a little about her work and made us comfortable. She asked some behavioral questions.

I had two interviews. First was with the assistant manager asking me about my experience and specifically about my experience selling. It.was mostly behavioral questions. Then I had a second interview with the store manager which was much easier and it was only a few behavioral questions
