Applied online, took a personality test. Was emailed, and then called to confirm for the interview 3 days later. It was a one on one interview. Was asked some questions and then shown around the store.

Question 1
Upon being hired here, say you have a bride who is needs a little more attention than the average bride and the front desk needs to give you a bridal party, how would you handle the scenario to the best of your ability to keep both the bride and the bridal party appointment happy?
You go and they ask me a few questions - interview was quick. Offered job on the spot. Started immediately. It was a fast-paced environment. A lot of brides. All female team. Only men are gay.
The process was very professional and made me excited to become a part of the team. The commission scale was a bit confusing but then again it was them interviewing me. I felt comfortable and important.

Interview
Interview process is very standard, only one round. Answered simple questions focused on customer service outcomes and handling difficult situations. Interview was only with the store manager and lasted roughly fifteen minutes.
