It was very straightforward - they looked over my resume and asked a few questions. It was just a few minutes long and largely entailed them going over the position and the schedule.

Interview process was great. I interviewed twice in person at the store before they opened. They asked me about my work history, and told them about myself and my passion with weddings and fashion! It was the most fun interview I’ve ever done. It’s easy to talk about things you are passionate about it, and that is what they are looking for. :)

It was a super easy interview process. Went in for one interview and was hired within a week. This was my first job and I had no experience in sales prior to this.

What is your biggest weakness and how are you trying to overcome it?
An hour process with questions about personality/styling. They made you select a bridal outfit to get a sense of your style. They also asked basic interview questions like strengths/weaknesses and more.
