The interview process was extensive but not overwhelming.
First, I spoke with HR for screening and learned a bit more about the position and interview process. From there, I took a quick assessment and personality test before scheduling an interview with the hiring manager (and another team member). After this interview, I was given a short assignment, which I presented the following week to the hiring manager and team.
Overall, the process was definitely in-depth, but this allows Daxko to bring in the right people, and at no point did I feel I was being asked too much. Compared to the other companies I was interviewing with, Daxko's hiring process was an A+!
