Interview
Trato respetuoso y amable, desde el departamento de atracción de talento hasta mis jefas directas, tuvo que ser a distancia porque es una empresa que trabaja remotamente lo cual también es un plus para todos

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Dayforce in Sept 2019
Interview
I only made it to the phone interview, which was extremely extremely laid back and unprofessional. She seemed extremely promising and even offered to put my application for several positions but then they decided to move forward with a different candidate
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Dayforce (Saint Petersburg, FL) in Apr 2019
Interview
You apply online, but be careful as different listings are for different jobs. I would not go through a contract or recruiter as they offer _significantly_ less than if you are a direct hire. HR generally responds with if they want a call within a week. You use dayforce to set up an interview slot and do a phone screen with HR. HR then passes you on to the hiring manager and you set up another interview with them. I was interviewed via a conference call with the manager as she is WFH, but sometimes they do have you go to the physical location. They let you know if you got the job in 24 hours.
