Daylight interview questions

One of the most frustrating interview processes I've ever gone through. The interviews themselves were fine, but the entire process - most of which I spent waiting for them to make a decision - took 2 months. This is absolutely absurd for any position, but especially a 10-month contract role. It was a pretty terrible experience.

First call with HR and then short meeting with different team members. Next to that, live coding assessment and then System Design interview. Finally, meeting with CEO to discuss compensation.
