I applied directly via Airts' website after coming across them at a developers conference. I was responded to by the CEO and Co founder the next business day to arrange an interview. Interview was one week later, due to my unavailability. The interview was a relatively non formal discussion with the CEO around my experience, my perception of where Airts' was, and then a grounding of that from CEO's perspective, which was great. I left this interview wanting to give my best for Andrew. I was contacted advising they wished to proceed, and the next stage I liaised with one of the senior developers. I was given a technical challenge to complete at home, which we then looked through together and pair programmed some extra functionality. Once this was done, I had a 40 minute discussion with the CTO and another senior developer. The focus of this discussion varied from personal profiling questions to more novel technical discussions, primarily to get a flavour of how my mind works
